Stopped in for lunch with our yellow lab Kaia. Checked with the hostess in front who directed us to the patio in back, facing the water. Friendly server came to take our drink order right after we sat down. Brought our drinks and a bowel of water for Kaia. She took our food order and the food (pesto chicken panini & Crab cake salad) came out quickly and was very tasty. The patio filled up quickly so you may want to come a little before noon for a choice of seating.

Allows dogs on a nice outside patio but didn’t bring water until later in the meal and it was in a small plastic tub that was difficult for our lab to drink from. Food was good, service was inconsistent - friendly at times and distracted at other times and generally slow even though it was a late lunch and they didn’t appear busy. Gave four stars recognizing that it’s off season and they may have been short staffed.

Fair Deli is a funky place with good food and beverages, including craft beer and CBD drinks. They have several dog friendly tables under a roof overhang that are well sheltered from the sun and a light rain. Recommended.

It's an upscale diner with unique menu items. Nice outdoor dog friendly covered sidewalk that shelters you and you pup from sun or light rain. Good food and service. There can be a wait during busy times, so plan ahead and use their online wait list to get in the queue before you arrive if you’re going at peak times.

Wheatfields allows dogs in their sidewalk seating, but the seating is a raised deck, with pedestal tables very close together and a narrow ailse - i.e. there is no room for your dog to lay down or even get under your table. We were seated at an end table closest to the street that had some room for our dog but was in full sun on an 85° day. We got drinks and while conisdering the menu we realized it was too hot for our dog in the sun and there was no way to get her into shade. When the waitress returned to take our order we told her it was too hot for our dog and we'd decided not to order food. She replied not with concern or compassion, but by saying "Our policy is that you MUST order food if you sit in our outdoor seating". She left to talk to the manager and didn't return or bring our check for 10 minutes. When she returned to wait another table we got her attention and she said the manager decided to let us sit for a while and finish our drinks, clueless about us wanting to get our dog out of the sun. She finally brought the check and we left.

SkyTop's coffee is nationally known, it's food menu is unique and the food is good, and it has a great, wide pet friendly covered sidewalk area with small tables and chairs that are protected from sun and rain. The staff will love your fur baby and will gladly provide water.

A comfortable, laid back coffee shop with good coffee but limited food options (eg bagels, scones, baked goods, mostly in th am). Very dog friendly, both inside and outside seating. Multiple locations throughout the Syracuse area. Recommended.
