Front desk service helpful and friendly. Nice, grassy, peaceful courtyard space for walking dogs. Poop bag station. Room was toward back and looked recently updated with vinyl flooring, nice bathroom. Clean, spacious, well maintained with easy access to courtyard. Breakfast was a step up from many motels at this price point. Multiple good egg and meat options, potatoes, along with usual fare. Chorizo egg bake, beans and flour tortillas, biscuits and gravy, nice additions. Great value.

Traveling and stopped for lunch. Staff very welcoming. Nice covered patio in back, Water dish and water available. Food freshly prepared—delicious home-cut fries; fresh lightly battered cheese curds; tasty sandwiches (tried classic cheesesteak and shrimp po’boy); fantastic, thick, peanut butter malted milkshake. Bathrooms open onto back near patio. Ask for key. Nearby neighborhood has grassy areas where dog can be walked.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Basic but clean. First floor room with easy access to large, grassy area in front of motel where dogs were welcome. No breakfast but several options nearby. Good Mexican restaurant in same building opens at 11:00 a.m. We took turns eating while one of us stayed in the room with Fido.

Husband, 3 year-old lab, and I enjoyed a delightful lunch on the back deck. Beautiful view of the mountains. Our brisket and pulled pork sandwiches were delicious, served with potato chips and fries fresh cut and fried there. My blueberry lemonade was so refreshing. There are pup friendly tables outside in front but also on the back patio/deck. We splurged on a hot dog from the kid’s menu for the pup. We had brought our own water and dish for him.

We visited on a cross-country road trip and were delighted to find this beautifully restored classic diner. The staff were friendly and helpful. We brought fido’s collapsible water bowl, and our server brought a glass of water for him along with our waters without being asked. The food is delicious—creative, fresh, and reasonably priced. Toast is made with freshly baked bread. Can’t say enough positive about our experience.

A local favorite. All outdoors. Line up to order food (burgers, great fish sandwiches, clam strips). Pick up food at a second window. Separate window to order soft serve ice cream treats. Picnic table style seating. Well-behaved dogs welcome. We saw 6 dogs on the afternoon we visited. Would give 5 bones if they specifically proved for dogs (i.e., water station, pup cups).

Large covered patio. Good food and we enjoyed trying their home brews. Fido can order his choice of plain burger—beef, chicken, or elk. Our pup loved the elk.
Outdoor deck area is small but we had it to ourselves. Fido very welcome. Unique, tasty cocktails and excellent pub food.
