We went to several bayside restaurants on a mild (49 degrees) Friday night in February. We'll, we were turned away! So we went across the street to Trapani's and we're seated right away! It's all decorated for Mardi Gras and there' a fireplace and TV on one side of the porch. The martinis are delicious as is the seafood. Skip the so called dog friendly restaurants facing the bay. Hea to Trapani's!!

The room was large and clean. There were snacks to purchase to microwave in the room. Great because we arrived at 11:30 pm. LeeAnn, the late night clerk, was very friendly and complimented our dog. We walked the next morning on a river walk near Ft. Riley then hopped on I-40 headed east!

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Baymont. It was close to the Elko dog park, which was large and grassy, and I-80.
