We were on a stopover on our way back home in Natchez. The Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. The front desk people were great. They made you feel totally welcome and were truly interested in who you are and what has brought you to town. Room was clean and cool and the morning breakfast was one of the best for a hotel provided breakfast. Don’t know when I will be back that way but I know where to stay.

This hotel was the absolute best. Entire staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and we were just made to feel soooo welcome. We will return.

LeRoux and I were on our way home from the CWS and were so tired by the time we got to McAlester. The lady at the front desk was so nice. Casy’s was within walking distance so we went over to grab a sandwich and drink. Our room was perfect - we slept like babies and hit the road the next morning. Location was super.

I had to go out to Lubbock for a conference at the Overton Hotel. I don’t travel with LeRoux so I had to find a pet-friendly hotel and the Hyatt Place Lubbock was fantastic. We had an absolute wonderful place to walk, the staff was so friendly with him and there was plenty of room in the room for his kennel. And to top it off, my conference hotel was right across the street so that made it easy for me to just park my car and not worry. Loved this hotel.

LeRoux and I are headed to Lubbock and chose to stop halfway in Stephenville. This La Quinta was wonderful. They had a good green space and there was a pet store near so we walked over there. Hotel staff was pleasant and made us both feel welcome. We will probably choose to stay there on our way home.

Earlier this week LeRoux and I decided it was time for a road trip. We chose to head to Lafayette, LA and chose Hampton Inn and Suites Lafayette for our lodging. LeRoux was treated like a King by the staff especially the evening staff. He was given a treat upon arrival and our room was perfect. We will definitely add it to our travel list.

Hampton Inn treated LeRoux like a king from the time he arrived when he was given his own bag of goodies and a great place to walk and take care of his business. If we are ever back in Monroe we know where we are staying.

LeRoux and I needed a place to stay while the inside of my house was being painted. Hampton Inn was marvelous both in accommodations and staff.
