The floors in the rooms were laminate, so no worries about carpet accidents. Nice grassy area for potty breaks. They do charge $25 a night for each dog. So 2 nights was an extra $100. We did have a mouse in our room that ate our dogs' food one night:

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. We wanted to stay in the historic area of Savannah! Everyone at the hotel made us feel very welcome with our two Shih Tzu girls! The rooms were spacious & our girls loved the big fluffy beds! I would recommend staying at the East Bay Inn for anyone traveling with their fur babies!

The food was delicious, the service was excellent and very dog friendly! The host was very friendly and excited to see us bring our dogs to eat at their restaurant! The waitress brought us a bowl of water as soon as we were seated. We were seated in the outdoor patio with an amazing view of the Rocky Mountains! I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area!

Red Roof Inn is not the Ritz, but it met all our dogs needs. They have a designated 1st floor rooms for pet owners & access to a side door to the potty area for dogs. Also the floors in the rooms are not carpeted! The bonus is no pet fee!
