My husband and I both work full time but when we have time off we want to travel and we want to share our travels with our 3 dogs. We have two black labs, litter mates, Zeus and Apollo and our Boston Terrier mix Princess Pink. All are about 3 years old. All are from the rescue that I volunteer for.

Loki’s Best Chance
Selena's Canine Fur Baby ServicesWe were heading out of town for vacation and we had prior arrangements for our pups but we had recently taken on an abandoned dog as fosters for Claws and Paws Rescue. Selena graciously took Loki while we were out of town. She took him out on her family’s boat and played with him at the lake. While he was in her care she took some great pictures of him playing at the lake. Those pictures led him to a family who live on a lake and were looking for a fur baby that loved water. Loki got his best chance by spending a chance week in Selena’s care. ❤️

Very Nice Place
Extended Stay America Suites Findlay Tiffin AvenueOur reservation wasn’t as booked but nonetheless the room was great. They have a nice area for you to walk your dog complete with poo pickup bags. The bed was super comfortable too.

We’ll Be Back
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati NE - MasonGreat hotel for those traveling with their fur babies. The room was very nice and clean. Nice area to walk the pups for potty breaks.

Super Big Park
Masterson Station Dog ParkTraveling through on our way home to Michigan and our two black labs needed a potty and run break. This park was a great place to stop. Nice, well maintained area. Our pups had lots of room to run.

Great Park
PetSafe Unleashed Dog ParkSuch a nice place! Our pups Zeus and Apollo loved it here. The park was very clean. Poo bags were provided. They even had a doggie drinking fountain. We visited everyday that we were vacationing in the area. All the other pups were very nice. Our boys enjoyed playing with new friends. The park is nicely groomed with grassy and mulched areas.

Nice Park But...
K-9 Field of Dreams at Riverbend Recreation AreaThe overall area is really nice but they want people to scoop up their dogs poo and walk it over to a compost bin and it appears that pet owners are not willing to do that. Before I realized this was the practice I had already picked up after my dog using pickup bags and I wasn’t about to untie them to dump them into the compost bin. It’s a nice idea but as I said it appears as if people aren’t willing to clean up. There was poo everywhere.
