Checked in at 6:23 PM, I was told my room would not be ready for 15 more minutes. Check-in time is 3 PM. I came back at 7 PM and was told again I would have to wait about an additional 15 more minutes for my room. When I asked why the gentleman behind me received his room and I did not I was told by the clerk that it was the way it was labeled and it wasn’t his fault that’s just the way it was labeled. Their inability to manage their workload, and communicate it appropriately to the customers is greatly lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great. Clean, and very pleasant staff!

Smelled of cigarettes smoke, BO and disinfectant. Room very sparse, no lamp in room. Would not recommend.

Room was nice and comfortable. Close to the interstate, so it was an easy on and off. Staff pleasant and welcoming.

Staff nice, 5 bones. No designated dog walking area, 1 bone. Average, 3 bones.
