The absolute worst vacation I've ever been on in my life (which is saying a LOT!). First, they completely misrepresented literally every single thing about the place. NO queen bed. It's a full. You'd really better pay attention and bring a LOT of towels. Either someone was murdered there or a fraternity uses it as home base. The walls have holes, the couch smells like urine, the refrigerator thermostat was turned off so we had to throw away $50 of food. The railings to get in are rotted through. NO hot (or lukewarm even) water in the shower. Filthy dirty. Covered in mold outside (and you can smell it inside though that smell competes with the urine TBH). Half the gutters are lying on the ground in the back. I do not have words to express how absolutely horrible this experience has been. We found out, through the grapevine that this place is known to be a dump and nobody can figure out how it passed inspection.

Dogs are allowed, off leash, on the north end of the beach. Get there early! It fills up fast and gets busy.

Wonderful place! Excellent food, super friendly servers and a great patio (for pooches to join you). They have water bowls scattered through the patio.
I highly recommend them!
Quick note: they're not cheap so be prepared to pay for the quality food you'll get. It's definitely worth it!

Not only do they allow dogs (yay!) But they have several apple varieties I'd never heard of before that are amazing (Rosalee in particular). The owners are super friendly and chatty. It wasn't outrageously expensive ($15/ half peck) and it wasn't overrun with rude, touristy families. That said, if you're looking for a huge gift shop with overpriced sweatshirts you can post to Instagram, this isn't your place but we loved it! 5+ bones. Thanks @valleyorchard!

We've been here several times, with and without Puppy. The food is pretty good and the people are very nice, but the service is always slow. I don't recommend going there if you're in a hurry. Puppy is allowed in the outside "patio", a covered portion of parking lot, and the staff is really excited when you bring them.

Went to the restaurant because we're traveling with Puppy and it was rated 5 bones. I walked in to ask the protocol and everyone stared at me. I stood a while and finally asked a server where they wanted customers with a dog to sit. She said front or back, whatever. I said we'd sit out front and asked if a server would come out to us and she nodded. A few minutes later an elderly couple came. The man seated his wife, who was on oxygen at an outdoor table and went in to enquire. He came out a few moments later with a young man who said "you can't sit out here. They just told me there's no outside food service. " I explained my situation and he said " Don't know what to tell you, when I asked they told me to pound sand." And he walked back inside.
