Food and service were both great! We sat outside and they brought my pup a bowl of ice water. But she also told us in the future the inside is dog friendly as well!

I’m not one to leave reviews often but I do feel like this review needs to be available for transparencies sake. I will start of by saying the staff was friendly and fairly understanding when one of our dogs got an upset stomach and threw up on the bed. All we needed was a new duvet and flat sheet and we asked for some paper towels incase she got sick again.

We waited 45 minutes after they said they would bring by some fresh bedding in about 10 minutes for them to then call and tell us we would need to carry up all the bedding (covered in puke) to the front office and then we could get our fresh bedding. Alright, we could handle that although I do think it would have been better if they could have come with a laundry cart. I got a fresh set of sheets and a thin blanket but wasn’t given a new duvet. Merry did get sick again in her kennel so my sister went back up the front and they gave us a partial roll of paper towels and some pet deodorizer spray.

But the part of our stay that honestly disappointed me was that most the reviews I read emphasized the cleanliness of this hotel and I didn’t find that to be the case. The floors were kind of grungy but there were parts that were gross. The two paintings/prints both had what looked like mold or mildew on them. Dead bugs in the floor of our room, dirt and grime and hair in the corners of the bathroom, and the front office and breakfast room both smelled like cigarette smoke so badly my pregnant sister couldn’t stay in the breakfast room to eat because it made her so nauseated.

Another problem was the handicap parking spots paint are faded so much neither my sister nor I saw it when I first pulled up to our room. It was only after I started unloading the car that I noticed where the handicap sign is very faintly still there. I obviously moved to another spot as soon as I noticed but it would be great if those could be repainted or at least painted blue to indicate they are handicap spots.
For the positives they were kind, the pet fee is very reasonable, and they do have a nice area to potty your dogs with a pet waste station included so I was very impressed by that.

We went for dinner and it was phenomenal! I can’t say enough good things. The patio is comfortable and perfect for enjoying dinner in the fresh air with your pup. Plus the food is delicious! Definitely our new favorite Mexican restaurant.
