Two frustrations

Upon arrival, front desk was unable to find my reservation. Eventually I said it was through BringFido. We asked for a late check out and were confirmed for 12PM. My partner was essentially evicted from our room shortly after 11 AM, despite having a later check out. We stayed at this hotel, because it was close to a conference I was attending. The actual hotel and room were great, but front desk staff need some polishing.
