We have gone here for years, first with our Golden, Lady, and then our Golden, Clarence. We have always found it to be super dog friendly. The food is always great. I can recommend the steak sandwich and the fried clams. We always order these two items and then split it. Since they are our favorites we get a bit of both. The patio is lovely and they always bring water for the dog.

We stopped here for lunch because they had outdoor seating and I must say our dog was certainly made welcome. We enjoyed spinach pie and dolmas. The menu was extensive and had we been there for dinner I would have loved to try some of the heartier dishes.

We drive out to the fort when we visit St. Augustine. It's a lovely drive, short, and interesting views. Dogs are not allowed on the ferry to the Fort, but they are allowed on the grounds. The Fort can be seen from the dock and if you have a good zoom you can take pictures.

When we arrived the first order of business was to greet Clarence our golden retriever and make sure he was comfy and had ice water. Our server, Courtney, quickly took our order after making some suggestions and answering our questions. I ordered the crab cake sandwich (which I deconstructed) and my husband ordered grilled fish tacos. The crab cake was spicy and delicious as were the french fries and fried pickles that came with it. My husband's taco was hot and tasty. The salsa and beans simply added to the deliciousness of the tacos. The views of the Gulf were lovely and there was a nice breeze. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Gulfport. Thank you all for making Clarence so happy!
