What a treat! Staff was spectacular. The valet spot at curb front was blocked by a FedEx truck when I arrived so I circled around corner and parked for a moment; the valet and bellman had taken notice and actually followed my car to see if I needed assistance and offered to take my luggage and walk it back to hotel! From check-in, to rooftop cocktails, to room service, to lobby/art tours, to guest service questions/info, this staff bends over backwards to accommodate. In a world where customer service is becoming a lost art form, this team gets it right! Thank you, I took advantage of all hotel services except milk and cookies in the evening… will have to come back… gladly. The location is perfect for morning runs/exercise with your dog and within walking distance to many pet friendly restaurants.

Very pet friendly hotel. Large grassy area out the front door. Staff was very professional & accommodating. Check-in was backed up and concierge offered guests in line a beer and dogs a treat. Valet was very helpful holding luggage and keeping dogs distracted during longer check in times than normal. Hotel not within walking distance to restaurants but hotel offers courtesy car.
