Wonderful beach dogs allowed. Very shell-ful? Wear your water shoes or flip flops!

Diego’s is about 3/4 mile south of dog beach.
Good texmex style food, kind of like a Chipotle with a bar.
Shaded patio almost as big as interior.
You order inside but they will deliver to your table.

3.5 stars - nothing special for the dogs, and they had Pepsi instead of Coca-Cola.

Fun and welcoming but no way to spend an hour here as some have said. One dog two of us, and really dawdling and taking photos it was 20 minutes.

lots of exhibits - may have some fear for dogs at the non human figures. our biggest issue was our dog wanting to investigate toddlers that were there.
everyone was kind and learned lots. lots of questions now…

different flavoring on Mexican food as we move around the southwest fascinates me.

nice LARGE dog park! separate areas for agility, large, and small dogs. peaceful on a weekday

small park that has river access with small rocky beach … my dog loves splashing! no ‘dog park’ as such but we loved it spent about 45 minutes there. parking was really tight when we were there bet it’s a breeze on weekdays

easy to have your dog on this patio and we are grateful for each place that welcomes dogs. food is average bar fare.

great food, generous portions, attentive wait staff, welcoming to dogs on large shaded patio. not fast food prices but it came out really fast.
