Hello Melody,
In our system, it says that your last visit with us was in July 2013, at that time we were under ownership of Paola, and the manager at the time placed a note on your account that the pup was injured. Since then we have been under new management and have made a lot of great changes and put more training in place for all of our employees, so that incidents like that do not happen again.
