The room we reserved for two nights was described as “newly renovated” and as a “north tower luxury king.” Well, it WAS in the north tower and the bed was very comfortable, but the room didn’t appear to have been renovated in quite a while. The only usable electrical outlet in the room was right near the floor and nowhere near a piece of furniture on which to set our phones to charge. The phones would have had to sit on the floor between bed and bathroom. Otherwise, there was an outlet in the bathroom. The alarm clock was unplugged, and there was no easily accessible outlet to use for it.
There was nowhere near the desk/dresser to plug in the coffee maker, and, indeed, the cord on the coffee maker was still wrapped as it had come from the factory, so previous occupants must’ve given up on it, too. In addition, the cabinet door hiding the mini fridge hung slightly off its hinges and posed a shin-bashing threat. And the heating unit sounded like someone was rattling large stones in a coffee can. But the worst thing was the vent in the bathroom, the louvers of which were so dusty they looked literally like they were wearing a cost of long, gray fur. We were beyond disappointed. We expected a Harrah’s resort to be a bit more upscale.

I reserved a lake view room but didn’t get it. They do not allow pets in the tower, only service animals. The floor in our room was not level hence the head of the bed is lower than the foot of the bed. Bed was comfortable. Room was dated but serviceable. Nice walking path/trailhead to walk fur babies.

Friendly, easy check-in. Maxie went over and above to get me quarters to do my laundry! Comfortable bed. And lots of soft green grass for our dog!!

Easy check-in. The chair in the room needs to be replaced - saggy seat, well-used and full of pet hair. The rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was so-so.

Room lacked smoke detector, door to room didn’t open all the way due to iron/ironing board in the way. No hot water to shower. Dog poop all over the grass. Old hotel behind Red Roof Inn housing very sketchy people. Will never stay here again. Car alarms going off during the night. Loud music late into the night.
