The location was excellent, in a quiet part of town with a nice lawn for taking the dog out and a quick drive to downtown Boulder. Our room was quite clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was the expected usual from a chain motel.

This was our 2nd visit to La Quinta Trinidad. It's got good facilities for our dog and rooms are clean and comfortable. I wish there was a place nearby for a longer walk, but overall this works well as a place to spend a night. And it's very close to a charging station for our EV.

The people were nice and this place had clean rooms, but the general ambiance was pretty run down. There was no place to walk my dog nearby, except for some very scrubby land with sandburs. It took 3 trips to the office to sort out the internet service and we never really did figure out the TV system. There was a restaurant that was generally closed (even at 7:55 on a Saturday night!). We were surprised and pleased to see that there was an EV charger, but we were told that we would have to pay $60 to charge overnight (the most we've ever paid is $30). All in all, a disappointing experience.

When I arrived, the desk person told me that although I had reserved a king dog-friendly room, they had failed to assign one to me. They wanted to put me in a double instead. I had to insist somewhat forcibly that they make good on my reservation, so they ended by giving me a king room on a non-dog-friendly floor. A less insistent person might have been taken advantage of. The motel was adequate, but there were lots of other small issues; keys that only worked intermittently, non-EVs parked in the spots "reserved" for electric vehicles, major confusion when I tried to buy a couple of candy bars, etc. I would be inclined to avoid this place in the future if there were others close by that allowed dogs.

Located in a conference area, this was a great location. La Quinta was very dog friendly. There was an EV charger nearby, and a good dog-friendly restaurant within easy walking distance. This was perfect for our needs!

Annabell Gardens was a pleasant oasis just off Lincoln's Main Street. We had a nice suite in a converted apartment complex with lots of paths to wander in the complex. We'd stay there again.

Mountain Tap Brewery has decent beer, imaginative and tasty pizzas, and a terrific dog-friendly patio. This will be a must-stop place for us whenever we're in Steamboat.

The Rabbit Ears Motel is in a wonderful spot, and we got a nice room with a balcony overlooking the river, so it was an ideal place to chill. It would have been perfect, except they don't allow unattended dogs in the rooms. My husband & I were there when the temperatures were in the 90s and Steamboat doesn't have many dog-friendly restaurants. We weren't able to leave Turnip in the car, so our choices were limited for meals and recreation.

This is the best dog-friendly hotel we've ever visited. After 4 or 5 stays in the last few years, I can definitely say this place is the best; friendly, helpful staff, wonderful, comfortable rooms and a superb location.

A reasonably nice place in a good location. Staff was friendly and efficient. With a nice-sized room and a park nearby our dog enjoyed the visit. However, our AC unit was so loud we had to turn it off in order to sleep and the sheets didn't quite fit the bed, so we got wound up in bedding as the night progressed. Not great!
