It was ok once we were able to get into our room, which wasn’t until 8:30/9pm at night because there was an outage with a computer system and they didn’t know where to put anybody. They told everybody to go eat and come back and possibly have a room. It was horrible because we had the dogs so we had to find something to do for hours. Thankfully when I got back, they had a sheet of paper that they somehow were able to see reservations. I showed them mine on BringFido confirmation and it had the type of room, so they took us up; there was nobody in the room so they let us in. It was really a mess but later on when we went for a walk with the dogs, there was a nice person in the lobby who gave them a biscuit. We did not have much time there because of this we got up in the morning and left.

Excellent location in a super dog friendly region! The hotel was superb from the welcome, the dog bed and bows when we arrived!! The restaurant was excellent! The staff was even better!! We loved it and didn’t want to leave!!!
