They were great w my dog but the bathroom had missing tiles, the caulking job was horrific. There was a black hair in the shower, cobwebs In the shower window and two spots of blood behind the door. They leave you nothing but soap. So if u leave your toiletries, ur screwed. The front door doesn’t look and the handle outside doesn’t work so you have to push urself info the room.
