The dogs were very comfortable. Staff was great about their presence. There’s even a (tiny) fenced area. We will stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The handicap accessible rooms only have one bed, therefore we were in a tiny non-accessible room. This was hard for someone with mobility issues. Breakfast was very basic, but it worked! Please note, the pet fee is per dog.

Our stay was eventful. The emergency sprinkler in another room on our floor was activated, and our room flooded. The staff was wonderful and helped us move to a different room, taking special note of the two dogs. The staff handled a crazy situation with poise. We will stay there again!
