The room was ok.

We prepaid for 1 king none smoking. When we checked in we were told that they can only give us 2 queens room on the 3nd floor. When we asked why?
They said if they give us the king room it would leave them negative. Whatever that mean? We were confirmed, but too tired from driving all day. We contacted Fido.com
Sara said manager wasn’t in and the front desk wasn’t authorized credit or refunds. She suggested that we leave a review here so other Pet owners is aware.

Great service, nice room, the king size bed was Very computable. All 3 of us just passed out. WiFi was hard to connect to. Good location, close to restaurants.
