Terrible stay!

You need to either bring your dogs to an exit via elevators or stairs both of which are in the center of an open lobby. We had to quickly walk our two dogs through ongoing convention booths, and buffet lunches. Not ideal for dogs at all. Not to mention the maid never had toilet paper (needed to retrieve from front desk twice), had to reuse bath towels for 3 days because maid kept forgetting to leave them outside our door (we had a sign stating pets inside). It was a crap show. Hotel needs lots of love too. In process of writing to Hilton to complain. And we had 8 busses of pre-teens check in and run amuck at night screaming and hitting balls against walls and doors. Made our dogs crazy. We checked out day early cause we couldn’t stand it anymore. Management did nothing. Don’t stay there, seriously!
