We had stopped at the nearby travel plaza but it was crazy crowded and hardly any space for our dog, so we decided to go a few miles down the road and take a chance with The Table. Wow, sure glad that we did!

Mount Hope is a beautiful little town nestled in the valley and our pooch enjoyed a leisurely stroll on the streets before we visited the restaurant. There are tons of outdoor tables in the lot next to the retaurant where my wife and dog waited while I ordered. Mike (the owner) was incredibly friendly and brought some of their amazing Brisket out to our table along with water for Roscoe.

Everything was delicious and we had a very relaxing and delightful stop on our trip! Please note that they are not open on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

Wow! Your dog will be treated like royalty! They have an extensive doggie menu and they also bring you a large doggie bowl of iced water. 2 servers and the owner came out to pet our pooch and we even got a free treat. Human food is excellent too.

We showed up on a Sunday evening and were told the patio is only open on Fridays and Saturdays. Maybe later in the season it is open more often? Anyway, call ahead!
