Was a highlight of our trek from Montana back to Florida. The servers were so awesome, people food and drinks perfect and a doggie menu!!!... dog meal served on a souvenir frisbee. Our dogs had a great time, oh and perfect ocean views!

Good hotel for a night on the road. Visited with our 2 toy poodles. Received a ground floor room with laminated floors. Nothing posh about it but very sufficient and clean. Bonus: NO PET FEE!!! And a pretty decent dog potty area. People though, please pick up your dog's š© poop!! š¤¦š»āāļø

Stayed with our 2 miniature poodles. Received a ground floor room after requesting. A nice refreshed room with electronic upgrades. Comfortable bed and great value $ but we were staying at an off time of year. Beautiful area. Would stay again at this hotel. Front desk was very helpful and professional. Only downsides were limited breakfast and super tiny area for dogs to use but it was grass and bags were provided. Dog owners really need to pick up their waste!! Not the hotel's fault that the tiny space was full of poop. Again, no excuse because hotel supplied bags and a waste receptacle.

Went with our two small poodles!
Very welcoming and a tin of water was brought right away. Seated in outdoor plastic covered patio which in Feb needed to be heated. A bit chilly but after moving tables it was much better. Carmen was our server and she was excellent!!! She was able to get us a grilled piece of chicken for our pups. Italian food was excellent. Very enjoyable experience! Thanks Carmen for making it an enjoyable dining experience for our poodles, Hansel and Gretl as well!

Stayed at the Oxford Suites for a 2 night stay with husband and 2 toy poodles. Was put in accommodations on the first floor around the corner from the lobby room #108. It was a terribly loud night which we did not anticipate. I heard every conversation in the lobby all night long (large group in at 1A) and also all the elevator noise. Didn't get a lot of sleep.
Before we went to the included breakfast the next morning for approx 15 minutes I told them of our experience throughout the night and the lack of insulation in the wall between the lobby and hotel room. Once at breakfast the hotel had the audacity to call me complaining about our dogs barking. (FYI- because of all the voices throughout the night I needed to control the dogs from barking at what they were hearing from outside the room.) I told the front desk that was rich since I slept about 3 hours all night. We then asked to be moved and the assistant Manager was able to get us a new 4th floor room for our second night.
I found several reviews from past guests complaining of this same issue for this room. Yes the management changed our room but I'm guessing because we had dogs with us they put us into a sub-par room initially. The cost for dogs to stay is $35 per dog per night so a total of $157 for 2 nights for a very loud room. They did give us a pretty lame apology but the assistant manager said many people really enjoy that room. Don't accept that room unless you are an insomniac.

Stayed 1 night and the accommodations were clean and adequate. The check-in process was a nightmare. It took about 30 minutes to get a room key once we arrived. They also overcharged us for the extra dog fee. The hotel was ok, dated but clean, but the check-in process left a lot to be desired.

I'd try to find a different place if possible. Did not accommodate for a low floor for doggos and front desk was slow and not efficient. High cost for a very minimal amenity hotel. Aged and needs upgrades.
Beware!!!

Didn't bring our dogs this time but meet a couple with their dog. Perfect hotel for staying with your dogs. Ground level with grass outside. Garden rooms 1-6. Perfect!!! Highly recommended.

We had to find new accommodations after Avid down the road messed up a pet-friendly room reservation. Last minute walk in at Candlewood and front desk person Deborah saved the day by finding us a first floor pet friendly room. Very clean and convenient to exit door room. Could not have been better! Highly recommended.

Perfect accommodations for traveling with your pet. Best stay in our entire trip. Big rooms, new and extremely clean.

If you can, I'd stay somewhere else. It was marginal at best. Walls were paper thin and floor was filthy. On the positive side they had a very good ice machine. Pet area was just ok.

If I could give a zero, I would. Don't stay here. Seems they may be trying but it is disgusting. They need to try harder. Everything was gross except for the bed which was clean and firm. If you can stay somewhere else, please do!

Visited prior to going to Arches N.P. with our 3 poodles. Chris took great care of us in the outdoor covered area, put the heaters on and brought them a bowl of water. At the time we were there we were the only diners in this space. Great lunch with wonderful suggested beers and a small plate of brisket was brought for our happy poodles. š š©š©š©
Highly recommended when in Moab with your furbabies!!!
Thanks Chris for your attentiveness. You made our day being weary travelers.

I like to be more positive than negative in reviews but this hotel had only 1 redeeming quality: the beds were clean and comfortable. The rest was subpar. The person that checked us in was very abrupt after we arrived at 11:30pm because we were backed up in traffic for 3 hours after the highway was closed due to a head-on collision. Tired with anxious poodles, she made the check-in awful. Maybe she just had a bad day.
The grass hadn't been mowed in months but in the positive was there for doggo potty purposes. Can't really recommend this hotel. We'd never stay again.
