This place is very well run - organized, very very clean - staff were all so kind. This is the cleanest hotel that I’ve ever been to that takes dogs. Breakfast was great. There’s a park next to it to walk the dog. I have zero negative comments, a first for me.

Two bones because the staff was really friendly and helpful. I met 3 people that worked there and they were all pretty great. This place needs a huge redo. Furniture looks 30 years old and is covered in 30 years of filth. My room was ‘non- smoking’ and stunk of stale smoke. I also witnessed a john in the parking lot waiting for a woman who showed up 10 minutes later. Interesting…🙄

Great location if you like to be able to walk downtown. The parking garage was a little awkward but my car was safe there. The cafe in the hotel was ridiculously expensive- so don’t count on that. You can walk across the street to a park and enjoy Lake Champlain, walk to many restaurants or shops and there’s a great co-op grocery store less than 1/2 mile. Very clean. They offer locally made shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I’d leave 3.5 bones if I could. It was just a little overpriced for 4 bones.
