This hotel has become our go-to place when we stay in the area which is about 4-5 times a year. Affordable and always accommodating. It is close to all of the places we like to visit with easy on/off access to the highway. They accommodate our 2 dogs without issue every time and the front desk staff is very helpful. The last time we were there, we had a good delivery where the restaurant left out utensils

We stayed at the hotel very quickly. Arriving at 11:30 pm and departing by 9:30am the next day. We liked that the rooms are all suites so we had a kitchen in order to feed our dog the same as we would at home. The room was clean, but poorly lit and seemed a bit “worn out”, but so were we. We just needed a place to sleep and refresh which it did for us. We did really like the service magnets on the door frame which we could put out indicating that there was a dog in our room. There was another for housekeeping but we didn’t need to use it during our stay. Bed was very comfortable and we slept hard after a long day.

Seating was generous with the dogs. Patio was beautiful and not completely outside, so we were protected for sitting in the hot sun. Sushi menu was adequate, but not great. Very pricey for what was served. Staff was very attentive. No food for dogs available.

This hotel was a decent hotel at a good price that allows big dogs without an issue. The guest room was in good condition, but not fancy. There were spots where the rug was unraveling, water damage to a wall in the bathroom, chipped paint on the frame of the mirror. Again, it met our needs, but not what I would consider 4 to 5 bones.

Location is great for access to the Main Street of South Lake Tahoe.

Grounds were maintained well. Lots of space to walk the dog.

This was a perfect home base for us while in Portland. Lots of places that were walkable for us and the pooch. The staff was so accommodating and helpful and welcoming to our four-legged family member.

Room was clean, modern, and had everything that we needed.

They even had a personalized welcome card for us in our room upon arrival. The extra touches go a long way!!!! We would stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Restaurant attached was delicious and had an outside patio to accommodate the pooch.

We needed a good meal after 2 days of travel and Luna Cafe delivered! They had a nice patio deck where we could sit with our dog. We had the portobello grilled cheese with the seafood chowder soup. Both were delicious! I would order them again in a heartbeat! The hubs ordered the meatloaf with veggies and mac ‘n cheese. Again, every bite was delicious!!! We are giving only 4 bones because you have to grab your own silver and bus your own tables and they didn’t offer to provide a bowl of water for our dog. But this was a great meal after traveling all day.

Fantastic property! We loved to close access to the highway and also close to town for dining and activities. They were very accommodating to our dog and the whole property was dog friendly. Had a great bite to eat in their cafe and they accommodated the pooch on the patio deck. A good sized area for dog relief and even provides bags and garbage can in the pet area. We stayed in a suite which was comfortable and quiet. We are looking forward to staying here again in a few days as we head home from our vacation. Very friendly staff throughout property.

Beautiful part to accommodate of our pooch. The food at this place is always top notch; no need to settle for fast food when traveling. Location is also very convenient to the 15 while traveling through SoCal.

We stayed at Hotel Current this past weekend. It was clean, pet friendly. But you can tell that the hotel is older and they have renovated it. It has some nice updated features, but you can also hear every noise around you indoors and out. We had very little sleep at this hotel. Oddly the pets aren't the problem, humans are. Again, we appreciate the pet friendly aspect, but probably not enough to stay again.
