Drury Inn was comfortable, amenities were nice, staff were mostly helpful. However, vandals smashing car windows in the parking lot shattered our peace of mind. We decided to forego our second night after finding 6 cars with shattered windows in broad daylight. We did NOT want to 1) pay for a new window and 2) drive the final leg of our travel with an open window in late December. While we acknowledge Drury Inn was as much a "victim" of these crimes as those whose cars were damaged, it seems the property could do more to secure their parking lot.

The room was so scented with some chemical “scent” I instantly got a headache & nausea. The hotel’s only offer was “the other pet friendly” room which smelled as bad as the original. I spent the night in the car trying to sleep. I would NOT recommend this!

The room was basic, but suitable to our needs. It was quiet and the AC worked well. There was plenty of outdoor green space for walking the dog.

While it was to get to it from the Thruway, the welcome was tepid, at best. Room was ok - NO place to hang clothes! Also, the “HVAC” system was loud & cold - or hot when the fan was off. It made for an unpleasant & nearly sleepless night. Once again I was told I couldn’t get a receipt. VERY ANNOYING!

Friendly and helpful staff who really made our dog feel welcome (I had some momentary wariness that he might get spirited away). Room was reasonably comfortable once we figured out how to modulate the HVAC to something comfortable. A basic lodging (no coffee available) with a reasonable price. Parking is an issue, but you might get lucky.

No place to walk the dog. No breakfast included. Mattress completely shot. Bedside lamp broken. Good location which is the reason we chose it.

There was good walking space for the dog. We got a room convenient to the dog walk area. This is a “minimalist“ hotel with grandiose rates.

Desk personnel acted like we didn't have a reservation and check-in took MUCH longer than necessary. There was plenty of green space surrounding the property for our dog to get his needs met. Our room was dirty - very sticky kitchen floor, dishwasher full of dishes (didn't know if used or clean), bathroom floor was also dirty. The air conditioner was deafening and temperature control was non-existent. Breakfast was cold, lacked any protein option except vulcanized eggs, and eating utensils were not replenished. Not a good value. The only good thing was the dog-friendly aspect.
