Nice patio!

We went on a Thursday night. The patio was open and tables are spaced apart nicely. There were children but all were being calm and parents were watching them.
Food was passable, normal bar food. This place has a “chain” feel to it. Service was average. The server forgot several things but overall it wasn’t too bad.
My dog enjoyed his time there and I enjoyed sitting in the sun.

Heathen Brewing

They have a GIGANTIC pet friendly patio! Food is delicious and there’s covered areas too! Only downside is it’s counter service but they let you bring your dog in to order.

Small Patio

It was an ok place but the patio is small and narrow. Two massive power breeds were at the front of the patio and it was really hard to navigate my two dogs past theirs. One was barking and growling. The owners were clearly regulars though so I didn’t say anything.

Great dog friendly patio!

Their food is really good! They are connected to a whiskey bar and cigar shop so their main patio area allows smoking.

Children’s Playground

I went on a Sunday afternoon with a friend and my calm, well behaved dog. We went to sit on the patio and were met with the shrieks and crashes of a pack of young children running all over 3/4 of the patio. There were several nice seating spots in the sun that couldn't be utilized because the kids were throwing the giant connect four pieces everywhere and doing parkour off the corn hole games. The parents were sitting in the shade day drinking. The staff never asked the parents to mind their children. It was absolutely horrible.

I ordered the chicken burrito bowl. It was disgusting. They claim to put "pulled chicken" on it. Their version of pulled chicken is chunks of nasty, boiled chicken. No seasoning on the chicken. Just weird chunks that taste like wet bird.

And no I didn't complain. The bartender barely had time to take my order between talking to her friends and co workers. I love the way this place looks and the live music but the food and service need to step it up.
