This is an older property and there's a lot that people that like expensive chain hotels would complain about. HOWEVER, we had a great view of the ocean from our private 3rd floor balcony, the place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the indoor pool & hot tub were clean and enjoyed. The price was right and even though there were a fair amount of dogs there it was super quiet. Great beach walks with my dog as well as walks at the Nature Preserve & Jockey Ridge State Park.
