Our Service dog in training, Georgia went in for a bath, dry& brush not to have hair cut at all. She came out with tail between legs, no eyebrows! Shaved her muzzle & under body to the skin! We contacted business and they denied all on phone. In a response to a review owner claim dog needed this. Our service dog is extremely well cared for with daily brushing, regular grooming, vet and 5 day a week training sessions. She did not “need” this. The agreement is a contract of services. No right at all to do as you please with our service dog.
