Very friendly.

I am disabled with a service dog in training. I requested a bathtub and a king size bed. It was after hours and they had a pink envelope with my name on it and the key with a map and coupons. They had the AC on which was nice and mints on the bed. I definitely would recommend this cozy hotel. Only issue was there was no phone which is fine with me and no ice machine, but I bought a small bag at the store. I would definitely recommend. Visit Fredericksburg and request this cue and cozy hotel. It has a warm comfortable feeling like your at home.
