The client booked for an overnight, but there was a time frame that didn’t work. I noticed the conflict and contacted her as soon as possible. I explained that I would be too late for the sit and apologized for the inconvenience. I also provided her with three alternative resources for overnight sitting. She had two weeks’ notice to find another sitter, which is still a reasonable amount of time. I wished her well, Rose
