We recently stayed at Glen House in Gorham, NH, and had a pretty pleasant experience overall. The hotel was quiet, clean, and very dog-friendly, which made it a great spot for our puppy’s first hotel adventure. There were plenty of walking areas around the property, providing nice opportunities for exercise, training and socialization without large crowds, which was perfect for our pup.

Our room had a beautiful view, and the balcony became an unexpected favorite spot for our dog to explore, as it was his first time encountering one! While we came prepared, we were a little disappointed that there were no pet amenities like beds, bowls, or toys waiting in the room, though the front desk did provide dog bowls when we asked. We also used a coupon for a complimentary dog toy during booking, but unfortunately, we never received it.

Despite these small hiccups, Glen House was a great place to introduce our dog to the world of travel, and we would recommend it to others looking for a peaceful, dog-friendly getaway.
