Good location close to Interstate and restaurants. Pet fee is nominal compared to other ones I've seen. Pet relief area is very small but there is a larger grass area behind the back parking lot. Definitely could do a better job with the vacuuming throughout the building and stairwells. Had a snafu in our room (cleaning issue), they were very apologetic and offered another room. We declined as our family had adjoining rooms. I just requested some new linens, was not upset about it. I understand things can get hectic and good help is hard to find. The manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation, it was much appreciated!

Room was clean. Breakfast had a nice selection. Outside dog relief postage stamp area was clean. If you walk them around the edge of the parking lot, beware of the trash.

We booked a suite with a room and parlor. Huge amount of extra space with the parlor giving the pup room to roam inside.

Great location, nearby parking with camera security, SHADED, has benches for the people to relax while the pups play. Only a few poop piles left behind so you don't spend your time dodging whIle walking. Has water bowls for the dogs, water fountains, and some friends have left balls and tossers behind for everyone to share.
