The staff was so nice and accommodating! Room was spacious and CLEAN! The breakfast was very well done and the girls that refilled the breakfast area were superb! I highly recommend this place. It was tough enough evacuating from the horrible hurricane Milton, but they made the experience more than just tolerable! Also there is AC. Nice space outside where family came to visit. My little Shih Tzu guy was able to run around in the fenced area and be part of the family! I would stay there again

Room carpet dirty, almost impossible to get them to come clean the room. Requests to have them come completely ignored…. Had to set garbage outside to have it taken away. Pool had a light that was out of the casing in the pool. It was set on the patio and when they were informed of that, they set a cone over it and left it. It did not interfere with being able to use pool but didn’t look good.
Not really good places for pet walks but we made do.
