Staff were very friendly and helpful, putting us in a ground floor room. The room was clean and well maintained.

Wonderful check in/out experience, the staff was super friendly and changed my room to allow a ground floor room to make walking my dog easier. They even had a doggie bag (poop bags, dog treats, and a small toy) waiting for us! The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and in a safe neighborhood. I would stay here again if passing through. Don’t forget to check out the dog friendly train ride (Skunk Train), my dog and I both had a great time!

Fantastic view of the river from the balcony, clean and spacious rental, easy check-in. Just a note: the price listed is NOT the price you will be charged. In addition to the nightly pet fee, they charge an $85 cleaning fee in addition to the taxes. If you are planning on staying less than a couple of days it would be more cost effective to rent a hotel, if you plan on spending some time here it is totally worth the price! I’m not dissing the rental, I was just caught off guard by the difference in booking price and final charge. I think the fees should be more transparent.

Hotel is run down and dirty, bathroom was nasty and floor was sticky. When I was bringing in luggage, neighborhood kids were using the parking lot as a playground, a questionable woman (appeared to be strung out on drugs) was sitting in the parking lot, people living across the street gave me dirty looks and glaring as I was unpacking the car. I did not feel safe for myself, my dog, or my car! I loaded everything back into the car and took my dog into the office because I was too concerned to put her in the car unattended while I checked out.

When I went to the front desk to tell the staff I was leaving because the hotel was filthy and mentioned the woman in the parking lot, the man working at the desk didn’t seem surprised or offer to address the situation. What he DID do was reimburse me 25% for the first day of my reservation and 65% for the second day. I was checked in for less than 25 minutes! I did contact their corporate customer service and after they investigated the situation I was finally refunded the entire amount. There are much better and safer options in Gatlinburg. We ended up driving back to Pigeon Forge instead.

Visited on 7/73/24. The dog park was very well maintained with plenty of room to explore! Dog park was fully fenced with separate areas for large and small dogs. On site water fountain for thirsty dogs was a plus!
