Good food (including vegetarian and gluten free options). They brought water for our pup (the bowl was as big as our pup). Covered patio in the front of the restaurant.

Had only one towel in the bathroom and it appeared to be used. Tried to call front desk but neither phone worked. Got attitude when asked for towels. Thought I’d be nice and empty the dishwasher, which showed “clean”. The dishes had crusted on food. Floors were filthy including drips of food in kitchen. A coating of pet hair on the couch and chair. We cleaned them with baby wipes but I still refused to sit on them due to other stains. We wore our shoes when we had to walk around. I cleaned the kitchen floor with baby wipes so the dog’s water bowl could be set down. I put my dog’s bed at the foot of our bed so he wasn’t on the floor. The curtain rod was hung incorrectly so the curtain centered itself during showering and water was all over the floor. We had to use our precious towels to mop up. When brought these things up was told that room wasn’t to be given to anyone, yet was not offered a different room. Breakfast food was inedible. When asked where to take our garbage we were chastised for having to take out garbage after only one night. I don’t know about your house, but in mine we empty trash every day. When asked if there was a printed TV guide was told someone would drop one off but no one did. I’d like to send a scathing letter to the manager but when I asked for a name was told there is no manager. I get that the fire alarm going off was probably not the hotel’s fault, so I didn’t mention it previously. That aside, I have to say this is the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed. We would have left but could not find a hotel or Air B
