Several items in the room didn't work - like the freezer and the toilet. The AC unit kept self-adjusting to really cold. The luggage carts were awful and difficult to maneuver without dumping luggage everywhere and didn't hold a lot. The pet floors were on the 3rd level which makes it hard to get a dog down the hallway and the elevator before they pee. The pet relief area was full of dog poo and burrs that got stuck to my pet's paws and were painful.

There's no option for zero bones, or that's what I would assign. The entire hotel is run down and dirty and EVERYTHING in it and around it smells like marijuana. The bedding and refrigerator were filthy. There was no phone in the room. The TV wouldn't work and worst of all, the AC wouldn't work - every time we tried turning it down it just got hotter. The humans and animals were melting in 85-degrees-Fahrenheit! When I complained to management, he said it just needed some time to start getting cooler but we'd already given it 30 minutes! So he said he'd let us use a fan, which was covered in cobwebs. As he handed it to me, he told me that in another month the fact that the unit was broken wouldn't matter anyway, implying that because it would start getting cool outside no one would need the AC so it could just stay broken.
