Very happy with our 2 night stay. Great pet area and very clean. Bed oh so comfortable, slept 9 hours one night and that’s a miracle!🤣 Awesome hot breakfast, so good you can skip lunch. Only 2 miles from the Vicksburg National Park. Absolutely would stay here again.

Comfortable for a good night sleep for us and 2 pups. Nice bed. Pet fee a little high for this hotel. $25 per pet per night. Lots of grass for pet relief. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. No coffee maker in rooms but have it in the lobby 24 hrs a day. Didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment. Basic Super 8. Would stay here again if traveling through Texas.

I get this is an older motel but the pictures on here are deceiving. It’s cheap for a reason. The room did smell clean but the carpet was stained and ripped and floor uneven. The old air conditioner was very noisy, the door barely cleared the bed and rubbed on the carpet. Too many things plugged into one outlet. No ice machine, had to walk across the street to a gas station and buy ice. Pets are welcome but wouldn’t call it pet friendly. Had to walk a block to find an area for the dogs. The pet fee is a little pricey at $15 per pet per night for not having a place for pet relief. There is no playground as the description suggests and also states room service, not sure how that works since there is not someone in the office except for a limited time.

Enjoyed our overnight stay in Pecos, TX. Anthony at the front desk was wonderful. Arrived around 5:00 to check in and they were serving chicken Alfredo in the dining area 5:00-8:00. Once we got settled in and went downstairs to get a bite to eat dinner was all gone. That’s okay, we ordered a pizza but running out of food in less than 30 minutes shouldn’t happen. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable, us and the pups slept very well. Breakfast was wonderful, best one so far on our 3 week trip. La Quinta will be our go-to hotel from now on.

Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Room had a kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 2 burner stove and sink with dish detergent. Air conditioner quiet and got very cold which we like. Good breakfast. Only a limited number of pet rooms on each floor so we ended up on the second floor. Only a couple of complaints… dog area was not very good rocks and hedge parsley that gives off burrs that gets in dogs paws. Had to walk them elsewhere. Be aware that if you book through BringFido make sure the front desk sees the deposit from BringFido. Told her it was already paid for and showed her our confirmation, she still charged for 2 nights without even telling us. Thought we were only paying the pet fee upon arrival and realized when we got to our room and saw the charge on our credit card. Took some time to get the charge reversed and even had to call BringFido and they called the hotel. All in all not a bad location when visiting Tombstone.

And so did we! Nice, clean hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Bathroom a tad small but for an overnight it was fine. King bed, sofa, coffee table and desk. It’s an older hotel but served its purpose. Lots of grass for the fur babies to do their business. Attached restaurant was nice but a little pricey. Lots of shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again if traveling through Provo.

Quite pricey for an older motel but you are only 2 blocks from the west entrance to Yellowstone. Plus’s to this motel: friendly and helpful staff in the office, walking distance to restaurants and shops, comfy beds with lots of pillows and room was very clean. Minuses: no microwave in rooms (they do have a community kitchen for use), only queen beds and the biggest minus was there really wasn’t anyplace to take pups to the bathroom. They said to go through a door by room 8 but it led you to an area with no grass (weeds and gravel) area was covered with dog feces. Once when we were in this disgusting area with our 2 30 lb dogs we were approached by an unleashed pit bull which we had to quickly pick up our pups and make a dash to the door. This place isn’t bad but I would never come here again with dogs. They may allow pets in the rooms but I wouldn’t say it’s very pet friendly which is why I can only give 2 bones.

Be aware that this is a resort with a water park. Lots of extra fees added on once you check in and even more the day of check out. We were on the first floor close to dog area. Fenced in area with artificial turf and rocks. It was clean except I don’t think they ever emptied the poop trash can for our 3 night stay. Ceiling has very little noise insulation and we had what sounded like a herd of buffalo above us which made our dogs bark and growl. If you want peace and quiet pick the 4th floor on the opposite end from the water park. Breakfast was included but was mediocre at best. Same thing every morning. Overcooked egg patties, sausage patties that didn’t taste like sausage, oatmeal, pancakes and waffles. On the plus side, the room was clean and large, bed was comfortable and shower was amazing.

Simple little motel for an overnight stay. Plenty of grass for the pups. Bed comfortable but the room could have used a good cleaning. Very dusty. Lots of road noise.

This is the nicest Motel 6 I’ve ever seen! Great location for a stopover on the way to Mount Rushmore. Extremely clean, well appointed rooms. Very nice lady in the office. Full size refrigerator/freezer. Vinyl flooring, step in shower, VERY comfortable bed with lots of pillows and plenty of well kept grass to let the dogs relieve themselves. You have to get food at the Apple Barrel Restaurant next door (get 10% off with motel receipt). You have to try the chicken fried steak… on a plate all by itself with gravy!!! You will not be disappointed here.

Good for an overnight stay. Room was clean and smelled that way as well. Vinyl flooring which was great for the fur babies eating and drinking water made it easier to clean up after them. Bed was comfortable but had to get extra pillows. No shampoo or Kleenex and very little toilet paper left on the roll. Every area of grass around this hotel was covered with animal feces. Traveling this way again would definitely stay here mainly because of the price and no pet fee.
