TERRIBLE PET POLICY

I travel with my 2 small dogs often and I gladly pay the pet fee, but this hotel charges a fee per dog. My dogs' stay cost more than the cost of my room. To add insult to injury, there is NO GRASS for the dogs to go potty. The areas are either rocks or high ground cover. When I talked to the receptionist, she suggested I use the field at the back of the property which had 3' tall weeds. Really? Our room was dilapidated, smelled bad, and was right next to the pool and lobby which was noisy and nerve-wracking for my dogs. It was all I could do to keep them from barking. What a disgrace to the Hilton reputation.
