I would give them -5 stars if i could

We took our 2 year old golden retriever there in perfect condition for a week long stay and he came back to us with a yeast infection in his ear and rash all over his head and neck. At no point did they contact us to notify us anything was wrong with our dog and had admitted to neglecting to do his exit exam with the vet because they were busy.

After all these injuries came to light we took him to the vet and we were told by the manager courtney and jen that they would reimburse us the full amount of all the bet bills just to 6 weeks later be told by their corporate office that they will not be paying and they had no right to tell us they would. Al of the managers and regional managers have acted like they care but do not actually.

Please for the love all dogs do not take your pets here!!
