We stayed at this Microtel on 9/30/24 and had a great experience! The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was super clean, newly renovated and quiet. This is a perfect place to stay while traveling through Gallup NM.

The room was okay. The dog relief area was gross. Lots of dog poop! We had upstairs neighbors who were loud at 3:00am and made noise until 4:00. When I knew we were not getting back to sleep I took our dog for a walk and during this time my wife got stuck in the bathroom. The door knob would not release and I needed to use a credit card to open the door. It was very frightening! This was the worst stay we have ever had at a Motel 6. The manager said she could not refund us and that it was BringFido’s responsibility since we booked through them. Never go to this property!
