Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville-Mayport/Beach an IHG HotelAll things considered, top ranking. It’s a new hotel, incredibly clean. Well priced and positive experience.

Worst possible stay
La Quinta by Wyndham Jacksonville Butler BlvdFive-day stay, zero hot water to shower. Maid service every 3rd day. No luggage carts entire stay. Breakfast was one bowl of eggs. Front desk staff were from bad movie. Refused any concessions. Announced cleaning crews would access all guest rooms to clean badly drained carpets and air units. Door keys had to be changed daily. Two police incidents in parking lot. Bad hallway and room odors. AND lots of crawling bugs in bed and furniture. Have stayed at dozens of LQ hotels. This was a crime. Should be minus ten bones.

Filthy building and extremely disappointing
La Quinta by Wyndham Fort Lauderdale Pompano BeachThe overall hotel safety is huge concern, especially in the 24-hour active parking lots. Have still not received my deposit back, and carried a handgun over all of our vehicle activities. Guess that pretty much says it all, in addition to overall disappointments at every turn. All of your other La Quinta properties around the country and Fla facilities are first class.

Very disappointing overall.
La Quinta by Wyndham Naples DowntownOne of least desirable of the LQ hotels. The newer ones are classy, all of these older ones are shabby. The Lauderdale one and Gonzales site were deplorable.
