Great wine flights! Dogs are allowed inside and out. The bar tender brought them both water immediately. 10/10. The atmosphere is fantastic

We had an amazing time. Our room was upgraded and the pups had a large place to stay and loved it. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and the restaurant had amazing pizza! The staff was friendly and loved the pups! Will definitely stay again.

We got there and the room they gave us smelled like sewage. It was awful. I asked for another room and things seemed ok. Online I signed up for a 12pm check out. At 11am I was locked out of my room while I was putting my stuff in the car. The manager had to let me back in to get my dogs and stuff. An hour later I saw a charge for an additional $10 on my credit card on top of my room fee. I called to ask what it was, and the manager accused me of taking a wash cloth and explained the charge was for its replacement.

The linens in this below marginal hotel are cheap at best and there were barely enough for one person let alone the “7 washcloths” he claimed were supposed to be there. I’ve never stolen anything in my life and to be accused of taking a 50 cent face cloth is beyond insulting. I’ve been traveling with pets for years and never had an issue. This entire situation was absolutely absurd. This hotel needs every dollar. Do yourself a favor and find a hotel in downtown Gallup. Otherwise check the sanitation of your room, and check for fraudulent charges on your credit card. 0/10

I got into town late last night after a long drive and wanted somewhere pet friendly near the hotel I could take the boys to for some dinner. Dugans was everything I wanted. They have a huge patio, football on tv. The wait staff and owner came out immediately to greet the pups. They had a chicken dinner order in for the dogs before I could even decide on a drink! The boys were so spoiled! The entire time we were there people came to say hello, which my dogs love. The food was great. I had a steak salad and the brown bread appetizer. The grilled chicken they made for the boys was a huge serving! The pups were happy. They gave them plenty of esteem and check on us often. I loved this place and the atmosphere. Would absolutely come back and recommend! 11/10 stars :)
