Faulty electrical plugs. Leaking ice machine saturating the room we are occupying. Reported to front desk and sent maintenance but maintenance guy don’t check thoroughly and said there is no leak until I pointed out where the leak is coming from. Leak was improved but not completely fixed. Needs a lot of inside amenities updated. Not a big fan of using their parking space for event parking as well. Too many homeless people lingering in the lobby and parking lot with no security at site
