We went about 4 pm and they seated us and our 20 pound Morkie at a table. They were very welcoming of him. They food was amazing and very huge portions. Prices were reasonable. We went because we seen on here it was dog friendly.

Restaurants allow you to eat on patio. The wheel has one car that allow dogs to ride on. Tram doesn't allow dogs at all. Must walk from parking lot. Welcome to walk around the entire area on leash. Some stores allow them in.
