Shady with water access once you reach the trail
Bear Creek Lake Trail LoopCan be a little hot/exposed getting down to the actual creek but once there the trail is pretty covered with trees and there are plenty of areas for dogs to access the water, if your dog is into water. Lots of runners and a few bikes.

Still great after 13 years
Upper Noe Dog Play Area - Joby’s RunCompact neighborhood park great for after-work off-leash romp. Does exactly what it was intended to do.
