There is a nice grass area for walking your dog. The room was clean and looked recently updated. There is a dog park close by. If you go, it is to the right as you enter the park. It is tucked behind a baseball field, I think. It's hard to see nonetheless.

The Sunset motel welcomes pets and set Jim up with his own linens and dog treats. Old Florence is nearby and offers a variety of eating and shopping options. The only negative with our stay was our room, which was on the second floor. Intense rain is especially annoying walking up and down outside stairs when nature called Jim. Overall, a good place to stay.
