First, we chose the location because of the closeness and convenience it offered to a medical facility where we needed to be early morning. The check-in process was a snap. I received a text message the day before, followed the prompts and upon arrival at the hotel, was handed my keys. The room location was perfectly located at the end of the hallway next to the side exit, making dog time quick & easy. Unless that trip is between 11:00pm-6:00am when the door will not open with a room key which makes the lobby door your only option.

This puts the room into the inconvenient category. (Part of the 4 star review). The room: good size (we have a large breed dog who takes up room) offering a king bed (this could be on the not so comfortable side) a case-lounger (our dog claimed that in a hurry) your normal amenities and the fluffiest, soft towels. Other hotel amenities were not used and our early checkout (we just left the keys in the room) was before they offer breakfast. We would stay here again.
