We heard Crabs was pet friendly, so decided to bring our three-legged girl, PJ, with us. The service we received was exceptional! The hostess immediately noticed her need for the elevator vs using the stairs and took us up that way without a second thought. Once we were seated, they immediately brought us water for PJ. Then, the guest care manager noticed we were in a high traffic area and it was making PJ a bit nervous. He offered us a booth in a quieter area and couldn’t have been more accommodating! We were so impressed by the service, attentiveness, and accessibility of this place! The food and drinks were wonderful too. We’ll always have Crabs on our list of stops when return to Pensacola Beach.
