Friendly staff and an amazing view. Menu has a solid mix of options favoring seafood but with plenty of landlubber options.

We arrived in the dark for dinner and while the patio wasn’t set up for the night, the staff was very happy to accommodate us and our pooch there.
Service was great, as was the food. Staff loved our dog.

As of last summer (2024) Fords still didn’t have a new spot. The old location was taken over by the landlord, which started its own Ford-like restaurant.

This is a great place to bring your dog. Often quite crowded in the summer but it has enough tables that, by the time your food is ready, you’ll have a great seat (they all overlook the Mystic River). It’s also fun to visit by boat, with plenty of dock space to tie up for free while you eat.

Dogs are welcome at the outdoor seating. Coffee is fantastic and the food is great.

The staff loves dogs and frequently offers treats.
